Insomniac BBQ brings slow-smoked, post-oak Texas barbecue directly to your office, venue, or backyard. Since 2021, we've been tending fires and feeding crowds, and we do one thing exceptionally well: BBQ that makes your event the one people talk about.

Whether you're feeding 10 people at a team lunch or 300 guests at a wedding reception, we'll work with you to build the perfect menu. All orders require at least 72 hours notice so the smoke has time to do its job.

How it works

  • 1. Reach out

    Text or email us at least 72 hours before your event date.  We will get back with you usually within the same day.

  • 2. Confirm

    We discuss your menu, headcount, delivery info and pricing to confirm all the details.  

  • 3. Payment

    Pay securely online via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay (link in bio / on our site)

  • 4. Delivery

    We will bring all of the necessary serving items and set everything up for your group.  We deliver to Harris, Montgomery, Waller, and Fort Bend County.  

  • 5. Enjoy

    You feed your crowd.  Make sure that no one goes home hungry!  They ask for our number to call for their event and YOU are the hero!
